Gauge 1 Model Railway Association
The Gauge 1 Model Railway Association (the initials — G1MRA — are pronounced as though the numeral was an “i”) is based in the United Kingdom, but boasts members from all over the world. Despite its name, the group focuses on live steam and while it sponsors many U.K. events, the biggest benefit of membership is its quarterly Newsletter, which is more of a magazine than a loose-leaf affair.

Michigan Small Scale Live Steamers

Pacific Coast Live Steamers
Not much more than an e-mailing list that publicizes backyard steamups in Northern California, the group does host a web site that includes number of picture pages.
