The most recent (and last?) offering from Tom Cooper was designed around an Andrew Barclay four coupled locomotive, and to a scale of 1/16. At this scale the locomotive was visibly chunkier than 1/19 and 1/22.5 equipment. The chassis was machined from a solid block of aluminum, and the double acting piston valve cylinder assembly bolted on to the chassis with two bolts. Fired by and internal flue boiler, the boiler was constructed such that water extended into the smokebox giving longer duration. Lubricator was fitted standard, as was a huge 1 3/4" (?) pressure gauge. A smaller 1/2" gauge was an upgrade.
